      Meal planning is where your personal chef Jacob Lucas would set - up free in home consultation to discuss a potential
      customized meal plan. With your specific likes and dislikes, chef Jacob can go ahead and plan  sample menu for review.
     When 2 week menu plan is approved, on service date chef Jacob will purchase all specific ingredients for chosen menu,
      baught from local farmers market's who specialize in local farm raised ingredients, staying as seasonal as possible.
      Purpose of the meal plan, to ensure people are eating healthy nutritious meals at affordable rates, knowing exactly
      where your meals are coming form, while maintaining better health growth for many years to come.

      Fresh prepared in your home  (soups)
         Creamy yukon gold potato  
         fresh prepared  season vegetable soup
        Spring - split pea soup
        Tomato basil
        Summer - cold soups, puree of sweet melon, watermelon with fresh herbs of mint,
       cilantro paired according to specific soup, balanced and tangy.
       soups are prepared with stock which  turns into, broth for each indvidual soup
        making  soups pure, natural from the base up.
 
 
        (Weekly entrees) to come home to, after long day's work
           
         (Bow Tie Pasta) With fresh prepared tomato sauce, oven roasted peppers, fire roasted garlic puree, sauteed exotic
         mushrooms. Combined with seasonal fresh herbs of garden grown chopped basil and cilantro.
 
        (Vegetarian option) Healthy selection of red and yellow peppers, zucchini, portabello mushrooms, fine chopped 
         ginger, broccoli, rough chopped carrots. All steamed and sauteed with butter welll seasoned with simple salt & 
         pepper, combined with variety of fresh local chopped herbs & citrus sauce.
